OUR FOUNDER BIANCA CHANDLER
Bianca Chandler lives with the goal of helping people improve themselves, their lives, and the world around them. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful; "Living for impact: motivating, learning, improving, evolving."
She is an enthusiastic speaker, purpose coach, event curator, and two-time author who is dedicated to serving others. Whether providing keynotes, professional development, workshops, youth empowerment, leadership training, or seminars, she is always ready to meet a crowd with energy and impact that is not to be forgotten.
In addition to her work helping people improve their personal and professional lives, Bianca is invested in helping people build their spiritual lives. She is a licensed evangelist, who unashamedly proclaims the Gospel and is currently in pursuit of a Master’s Degree in Theology. She works tirelessly to help others discover their gifts and how to best utilize them.

WOMEN OF AHEAD
The AHEAD community is full of love and support. It is the opportunity to connect with a group of women with diverse perspectives but all have a love and a heart for God and the advancement of His kingdom. It’s a space to be real and talk through things we may encounter on a daily basis. It’s a place where progress happens without focusing on perfection. Happy to be a part of it and have the chance to be led by amazing leadership!

Being a part of Ahead has been a very freeing experience. It gives you the chance to join with other like-minded women where we all can lift one another up and stand beside each other as we take on different journeys.
