Hello, thank you for your interest in joining Ahead Women's Ministry in bringing together small businesses in our community. We will have a great time and cannot wait to meet you! General Logistics: Her Flowers Mother's Day Event is a moment to celebrate mothers with an amazing day. We will have live music, food, photos, a special honor ceremony, and every lady's favorite...SHOPPING! That's where you come in! May 13, 2023 @10am-2pm (Vendor Setup will begin at 9:00am) Rivercenter Branch Library 250 North Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 Vendor Logistics: -Deadline for submission is April 29th or when all 15 spots have been filled. -You will be provided with a table, two chairs, and a black tablecloth. Beyond that, you will need to supply your own set-up within this space. -Payment for your space is $65.00 and can be sent via PayPal or checkout at the bottom of this form. -Your admission to the event and a meal is included in your ticketed price. -The pop-up shop area will be locked and secured during the program to assure all merchandise is safe and you can participate in the program. -You are required to break down at the end of the event and gather all your trash. -Leading up to the event, we ask that each of our vendors promote on your social media channels. After you form submission and payment, we will add you to the flyer for promotion. Any questions?
